![]() While the ambitions of the Qianlong emperor are key to understanding the emphasis on ritual during his reign, as demonstrated by well-known ritual publications such as Huangchao liqi tushi, it is also clear that images related to rituals appeared in the local gazetteers at different times and in different cultural spaces from large-scale imperial projects. The creators of these local illustrations were working within their own circumstances: their skills at creating the illustrations, the models they had to hand, and their understanding of their function were all distinct. When we look closely at the visual material about ritual in local gazetteers, we see that the process of the appearance of images of ritual implements in local gazetteers should not be understood simply as a top-down diffusion of state-level ritual instruction. The argument this contribution seeks to make is that local gazetteers should be considered among the valuable sources for the study of Confucian ritual. ![]() This essay studies those images, asking when, where and why such images began to appear in local gazetteers and how these images relate to textual and visual representations of ritual implements in state-level illustrated ritual manuals. Companies that take out venture loans usually do not qualify for traditional bank loans, because most early-stage companies are cash-flow negative and have little collateral. Venture loans often have more flexible terms and lenders are considered more incentivized to restructure debt than traditional lenders in the event of underperformance, since the lender often holds warrants. Lenders will often piggyback on the due diligence conducted by venture capital firms, which is why venture loans are usually made in conjunction with venture capital financings (this also reduces transaction costs). Venture loans differ from traditional loans in several respects. This is because with a cash infusion in the form of venture debt, a company can achieve its next milestone (attracting future equity investors) without diluting the current equity holders. Venture loans are also used to finance purchases of equipment, but the most popular use is to fund milestone initiatives that can boost a company’s future valuation. ![]() Venture debt is a loan that provides working capital for early-stage and growth-stage companies without the dilutive effect of a full-fledged equity investment. Rather, taking on debt in the form of a venture loan (which, by conservative measures, is a $4 billion per year industry), may best serve companies’ cash needs, while avoiding unnecessary dilution. Although venture capital is necessary to grow a business, it may not be the best tool available if the objective is a cash infusion to meet developmental and other milestone goals. Startup and growth-stage companies typically rely on venture capital equity financing for their fundraising needs. ![]() Dozens of newly designed or refined icons, meticulously fine tuned to be pixel aligned for a super crisp look. The overall appearance has been improved and modernized in many areas of the application.Added a new “iOS Applications” category containing all iOS apps that can be run natively on Apple Silicon Macs. When the Safari History indexing rule is selected in LaunchBar, pressing Command-Return now invokes the new “Show History in Safari” action, which opens the History page in Safari.Added „Giphy GIFs“ search template to search for GIFs on.If a shortcut requires text input, this text can be entered after pressing the Space bar or via Send-to. ![]() Those shortcuts are indexed automatically and can be conveniently invoked from LaunchBar.

Streaming requires a constant flow of data that usually isn’t steady when being on a wireless connection. If it’s just possible it’s best to use a wired connection when streaming. How about the ones that are not affiliated? Really rarely. Twitch hasn’t exposed any “real” stats but the size of your audience in-streams seems to matter. Twitch: Partners get full access to transcoders, Twitch Affiliates get access occasionally. Mixer: Partners get full access to transcoders – With Mixer Pro, you get access to a 480p transcoder. □ You can increase the bitrate when you have followers an audience that can watch the stream at higher bitrates. This way more people can watch your stream without buffering. I would suggest streaming at the maximum at 720p / 30FPS and 2500 bitrate if you are just starting out and have not hit that affiliate status just quite yet. Even if your internet speed and that beastly pc of yours allows it. Starting out streamers don’t usually get transcoders either so you won’t get the benefit from streaming at higher bitrates. Common mistake 3: You don’t get transcoders until you are an affiliate It’s just an overall unpleasant experience.
